Thermochromic leuco dye is a colorless dye which is used as color former for thermochromic materials. Leuco Dyes change color when get heated and when cooled, they change the color again. This is the uniqueness of Leuco dyes that they are reversible. They change color back and forth with fluctuating temperatures.
